New Arrival Support
SCI supported migrant families that arrived in our hometown of Woburn last summer by providing basic needs and volunteer coordination. Since then, we have connected migrant youth and families to community events to reduce isolation and connect with the community. Next steps for SCI include working with some newly arrived immigrants, offering training to build their leadership skills, and enabling them to better offer peer support and help others access essential resources.
