SCI Cultivator Workshops
SCI Cultivator Workshops are collective learning experiences facilitated by SCI staff and tailored for corporate, community & nonprofit audiences. Combining a strengths-based approach with active engagement, participants learn evidence-based best practices and skills that develop leadership competencies and cultivate positive workplace or community spaces.
We use the SCI Social Connection Score to evaluate groups before and after delivery of workshops to set benchmarks and measure the impact of our training.
Along with SCI’s 18-year experience training AmeriCorps members, our curriculum content integrates leading source material, research and best practices from the academic and nonprofit sectors.
