SCI Community Cultivator Workshops

SCI Community Cultivator Workshops are collective learning experiences tailored for both small and large groups, and with varying levels of familiarity. Our unique curriculum design & facilitation practice combines a strengths-based approach to leadership development with active participant engagement through discussions and applied practice. Along with SCI’s 18-year experience training AmeriCorps members, our curriculum content integrates leading source material, research and best practices from the academic and nonprofit sectors. The SCI Community Cultivator Workshops curriculum has been academically reviewed and endorsed by Merrimack College’s Community Engagement Program.
